1. Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, and Other Downloads)
  • No Returns: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

    • The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.

    • You were charged more than once for the same product.

    • The file is corrupt or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working version.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
